Jason Jack is a passionate, engaging, and dynamic educator, workshop facilitator, corporate trainer and former national training coordinator, with over two decades of experience. As the founder and Chief Engagement Officer at Quintessential Training Solutions, his company has designed, developed, and delivered numerous content-rich and industry-specific training programmes that address the unique needs of diverse industries. From leadership development to employer branding to team building and skill enhancement workshops. He specializes in creating engaging learning experiences that drive tangible results.

He has also collaborated with several regionally based HR organizations, providing his expertise at their respective conferences, as a presenter, panelist and keynote speaker. Jason holds a Master’s in Business Administration, specializing in innovation and entrepreneurship from UWI’s Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (UK).

A true multi-hyphenate, Jason has a diverse skillset, with experience in procurement, accounting, finance, payroll administration, grant administration and community relations. Honed from his over 30 years’ of progressive, corporate exposure & multi-sector experience, he has worked in the financial, marine, tourism, education, telecommunications, regulatory, and social service delivery sectors.
