Lara Quentrall-Thomas

Vice-President

Lara Quentrall-Thomas MBA has more than 30 years experience in recruitment and human resources management, in both the United Kingdom and Trinidad and Tobago, including 26 as an entrepreneur and company owner.

As Founder and Chairman of Regency Recruitment and Resources Limited, Ms Quentrall-Thomas has overall responsibility for contract personnel employed with clients such as EXIM Bank, IBM, GE Oil and Gas, Cable & Wireless and Electrolux.  Her role includes negotiating master service agreements, business development and strategic planning, as well as designing and facilitating training programs for Regency’s corporate clients in a range of topics, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Business Etiquette, Interviewing Skills and Professional Networking.

Her education includes an MBA and certificates in Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Mediation, Behavioural Economics and Contract Law.
