Mrs. Estrada is an accomplished HR/IR professional with over two decades of experience within both public and private sector organizations locally and regionally. Prior to her recent retirement from Republic Bank Limited she managed complex employee and industrial relations functions inclusive of collective bargaining over four thousand employes across Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada, St. Lucia, St Vincent as well British Virgin Islands. She is currently a consultant attached to the ECA, where she provides advisory and advocacy services to its membership. In addition, she delivers operational solutions to other clients across various sectors.

Mrs. Estrada holds an MBA with a specialism in Human Resources from Anglia Ruskin University. She is also professionally certified in Advanced Mediation by the Stitt Feld Handy Group. Her expertise extends to conflict resolution, human resource management, employee and industrial relations, collective bargaining as well as dispute resolution.

She is quite passionate about workplace relationships and the need to adopt a flexible, yet pragmatic approach that is results driven. She has been described as an excellent communicator and her approachable demeanor makes her an asset to those organizations seeking to optimize their efforts within their leadership teams.

Mrs. Estrada has been an Executive member of the board of the ECA since 2014 and has served on several Committees such as the Accreditation, and Nominations. In addition, she has been Chair of the IR Committee. She currently serves as an alternate member of the Recognition, Registration, and Certification Board.

Having delivered numerous training sessions both locally and regionally, Mrs. Estrada is well equipped to lead HR/IR initiatives seamlessly.
