Tisha Peters

Tisha Peters is an energetic Human Resources and Communications professional who employs a strategic approach to human resources, mentoring and coaching. With her business Career Coach International Inc, which is 10 years old, Tisha has developed and delivered many training techniques for a wide section of individuals. She was awarded the L&D Professional of the Year 2024 for her strong efforts to train and develop people.

Tisha is a Chartered Fellow at CIPD, a certified TVET Train-the-Trainer, Certified Saville Wave Practitioner, qualified HR practitioner, UWI Open Campus Graduate in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising, Trained in Network Plus and Antivirus Security, Tisha blends over 20 years of experience in diverse fields including Communications, Business Development, Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, Business & Dining Etiquette and is a lifelong learner, with current training to keep up with current trends to ensure that clients receive the best bang for their buck.

With a high passion for strategic people management and emphasis on training and development, she is always on the lookout for opportunities to work with persons to find their purpose and build skill capacity whether as entrepreneurs, career builders or communications. Tisha is the President of the Human Resources Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB), and enjoys working with people who wish to transition into the field of Human Resources and giving back to her community by way of her InspireHR Mentorship program.

In her spare time, she is an avid aviation enthusiast who can be found watching arriving and departing flights and has a passion for crafting and reading.
