Bilal Millette is a seasoned professional with many years of instructional design and delivery experience spanning multiple industries. He is an accomplished trainer and training consultant having worked in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as in the United Kingdom. Bilal has designed, delivered and coordinated training programs and training interventions in the aviation, financial services, media, and para-military sectors. He has also conducted training needs analyses, produced updated training curricula, and authored multiple manuals. Bilal got his start as a trainer at age twelve as an instructor in the Trinidad and Tobago Cadet Force and has since spent over twenty-five years as a Commissioned Officer with experience commanding and training units ranging from 30 to three hundred personnel and has represented Trinidad and Tobago on multiple occasions. He has served as Directing Staff with the Cadet Force Training Department and contributed to several training policies and procedures. Bilal has a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, associate designations in insurance operations, office management and customer service from the Life Office Management Association, in addition to train the trainer and training and assessment certifications. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in instructional design and delivery. Bilal is a Member of the Advocacy Committee of HRMATT and a Member of the Institute of Leadership. Bilal enjoys reading and video games when he is not at work or engaged with the Cadet Force.
