Georgia Donaldson has spent over twenty years serving individuals and organisations through her coaching, human resource, business psychology, training and facilitation skills. She is an HR professional at the Executive level and owns Corporate Options, an HR consulting firm.
Throughout her career as an HR professional, she has served at various levels in different industries ranging from shipping, legal fraternity financial services to manufacturing. She was the Chief People Officer for a large manufacturing company, the Country Chief Culture and Human Development Officer for a financial group of companies and the HR Manager for a law firm.
Georgia is a Behavioural Coach and a Certified Mediator through the Mediation Board of Trinidad & Tobago. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies and a Master of Science Degree in Business Psychology.
Georgia serves as a Director on the Boards of Girls of Impact TT and the Farquharson Institute of Public Affairs (FIPA) and is a former director of The Association of Female Executives of Trinidad & Tobago. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago (HRMATT and Toastmasters International.
