Dr. Hyacinth Guy is the Principal Director of Hyacinth Guy Human Resource Company and provides Coaching, Leadership and Organisational Development services to organisations and individuals. Dr. Guy has strong competencies in Leadership Development, Organisation Restructuring, Competency Development, Performance Management, Conflict Management, and Workforce Planning. Dr. Guy is the past Chairman of the Teaching Service Commission, the Regulated Industries Commission, and the Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies. She is the current Chairman of the Industrial Relations Advisory Committee. Dr. Guy has a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from NOVA Southeastern University, an MBA from Andrews University in Michigan, an MA from The Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, Netherlands, and a BSc, Social Science from the University of the West Indies. She is a certified Human Resource Practitioner with certifications from:

• the Human Resource Certification Institute,
• the Society of Human Resource Management and
• the Human Capital Institute.

Dr. Guy is also a trained personal and organizational development LifeSuccess Coach with the Proctor/Gallagher Institute and a certified Wellness, Meditation and Ayurvedic Coach with the Chopra Center. Dr. Guy has integrated her LifeSuccess and Wellness training with her other competencies to help individuals unearth latent potential and to offer organizations the prospect of releasing inertia and moving into action to achieve their goals.
