Hyacinth Guy has been a Practitioner of Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management for over 30 years. Dr. Guy is the Principal Director of Hyacinth Guy Human Resource Company, a Leadership and Organisational Development Company with a focus on building Personal and Organisational Competencies. Dr. Guy is particularly passionate about helping to establish the workplace systems and culture that facilitate the achievement of organization goals. Dr. Guy has a PhD in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from NOVA Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, an MBA from Andrews University, Michigan, an MA from The Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, Netherlands, and a BSc, Social Science from the University of the West Indies. Dr. Guy is a certified Human Resource Management Practitioner with certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute, the Society of Human Resource Management, and she is a certified Workforce Planner from the Human Capital Institute. She is also a trained personal and organizational development LifeSuccess Coach and Facilitator of the Proctor Gallagher Institute and a certified Wellness Teacher with the Chopra Education Center. She has integrated her LifeSuccess and Wellness training with her other competencies to help individuals and organisations unearth latent potential and move into action to achieve their goals. Dr. Guy is a past Chairman of the Teaching Service Commission and the Regulated Industries Commission and is the present Chairman of the Industrial Relations Advisory Committee and the Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies.
