Currently, she serves as the Senior HR Consultant at KUSI Consulting and the Lead Consultant on Strategy and Execution of the Global Conference on Human Resources in Africa (GCHRA), a gathering of visionary human resource, business, and technology leaders to empower Africa’s workforce.

At the helm of KUSI Consulting, a boutique Digital HR and Marketing consulting firm, Rita leverages her technology-savvy expertise, particularly in AI-driven talent acquisition, to deliver cutting-edge HR and Marketing solutions to clients across Africa and the United States.
