Paul Balwant is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Dean (Planning and Programming) in the Faculty of Social Sciences at The University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine. He is also a member of the Industrial Relations Advisory Committee and the National Productivity Council. Paul lectures in the areas of organizational behavior and leadership studies. He has also supervised master’s and doctoral students at UWI, UWI-Open Campus, and Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Management from The University of Sheffield, is a Certified Management and Business Educator, and has been the recipient of prestigious scholarships as well as research and teaching awards. Paul has published numerous articles on leadership, engagement, harassment, and management education in top international journals.
