Shawn Clarke's career exemplifies dedication and progressive leadership. Beginning as a customer care agent in 2003, he has advanced to executive management, showcasing his innovative approach in the telecommunications industry and business intelligence.
Since 2012, Shawn has held key executive roles across major regional telecommunications companies, overseeing Business and Customer Intelligence, Operations, and General Management. He started as a Business Intelligence Manager at Columbus Communications Ltd and was promoted to Director of Business Intelligence for the Southern Caribbean. After the acquisition by Cable and Wireless, he served as Director of Customer Insights and Analytics and Operations Director. In 2020, he became Chief Strategy Officer at TSTT before moving back to his home country, Jamaica, to take up the role of General Manager at Digicel+. Recently, Shawn returned to Trinidad and Tobago as General Manager of Amplia Communications Limited.
Shawn's career is marked by both professional achievements and academic excellence. He holds two MBAs in Finance and Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Computing and Information Technology. He was certified as a Certified Business Intelligence Professional (2017), underscoring his expertise in data-driven business outcomes.
