Extensive experience serving Government and Government related agencies as well as the private sector. ● Zia is the Digital Service Leader for PwC in the Caribbean and is deeply connected across the PwC Global Network. Zia recently led the launch of a Data Scientist internship program aimed at building talent capacity in the Caribbean region. She also recently participated in PwC’s Global AI Summit. ● Zia’s specific delivery focus spans Strategy through Transformation with a focus on Digital Transformation working closely alongside deep digital technical experts and software vendors. Zia is currently working with multinational teams on a number of ICT initiatives in the Caribbean across a range of sectors. Zia is also actively driving awareness and adoption of GenAI across the region. ● She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University and is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
