Ms. Rambhajan is a certified life coach and Human Resource Professional with over twenty years’ experience. She was Vice President of the Trinidad and Tobago Blind Welfare Association (TTBWA) for just under four years. She  facilitated, in 2020, through the Ministry of Education, a four-part training session for teachers, on working with children who are blind and presented at the Principal’s Leadership Webinar on the same topic. In August 2021, she did a similar session for students of UWI’s School of Dentistry. Earlier this year, she conducted a webinar for the ALJGSB on Leveraging Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Ms. Rambhajan holds a Bachelor of Arts, Upper Second-Class Honours, from the UWI, St. Augustine; a Master of Business Administration from the Heriot-Watt University; graduated with distinction from the Master of Human Resource Management Programme at ALJGSB; completed postgraduate courses for Gender Studies at UWI; and is currently an ALJGSB Doctoral Candidate.
